It is essential you carefully read through these terms and conditions to ensure you understand the obligations and responsibilities of booking any appointment.
i. Private Bookings Only Available: The practices are running at full capacity for new NHS registrations. You cannot book an NHS check-up online for this reason. Please call the practice to place your name on the waiting list for NHS registration and treatment.
ii. Cancellation Period: You will be required to provide a minimum notice period of 48 hours for cancellations and a full refund of your appointment fee already paid.
If 48 hour notice is not given, you may reschedule your appointment if you give more than 24 hour notice in order to reschedule the appointment, no refund will be given at this stage.
If you are unable to give a minimum of 24 hour notice, you will be unable to reschedule your appointment or receive any refund.
iii. Missed Appointment Charge: You will be charged in full with no refund due for missed appointments booked online. There will be no exceptions except for an illness with a supporting doctor or hospital certificate including the date of the missed appointment covered by the certificate. Please make sure you plan your journey giving yourself adequate extra time for increased traffic, traffic delays and cancellations of public transport as this will not be accepted as a reason for a refund.
iv. Appointment requirements: You will not be able to specify which dentist you will see within the group, one will be appointed for you. Should you wish to choose your dentist, please call the practice to arrange the appointment directly with reception staff. Failure to see the dentist appointed for you will be considered a failed appointment and charges will apply in order to book any further check-ups at the full rate.
v. Payment Terms: You are required to prepay for this appointment in full in order to secure the appointment. Your payment will be seen on your personal account as ‘Welltime Ltd’.
vi. Refunds: If you have given more than 48 hour notice to cancel online, a full refund will be offered to you online only. You cannot instruct the practice in person, by telephone, SMS or in writing to cancel your appointment and refund you directly. You must follow the online process to refund your fee. Please give 5 working days (Monday-Friday) for your refund to reach your account. The account you used for payment will be credited in the event of a refund.
vii. Payment methods: Accepted payment method is with PayPal only for online payment.
viii. Fee Structure: The fee for a check-up appointment is £50.
All treatments planned or required, including X-Rays, are payable as an extra fee. A treatment plan will be generated after the dentist and you have agreed the contents of the plan during your check-up and you have consented to the contents of the plan. You will then be responsible to pay for further treatments directly with the practice.

ix. Data Privacy: Your personal information provided during the booking process will be kept secure and not shared with 3rd We adhere to all requirements of the Data Protection Act.
x. GDPR Compliance: We adhere to all national GDPR requirements ensuring the lawful and secure handling of personal information.
