The self esteem of the staff has flourished over the years and their well-being is very important to us. They now have structured career development often with the aid of a personal development plan, where appropriate.
There was a sustained learning timetable for the principals during the process of BDA good practice on all aspects of clinical governance.

We maintain the highest standards for staff with regular staff meetings, appraisals, in-house training, clinical and educational audits and oversight of outside training.
